Acatenango Local Adventure was created by a team of volcano experts based in Aldea La Soledad back in 2022. Our headquarters are located in La Soledad, two minutes away from Acatenango main entrance. We guarantee an unforgettable experience and all-inclusive service, comfortable facilities & local pro-guides trained by the Tourist First Aid Institution, INGUAT, and Acatenango Firefighters.
We keep learning, working hard, and improving every day in order to provide the best possible service to our amazing hikers.

Cancellation policies
CHANGE MY TOUR DATE/ REQUEST FOR A REFUND:
75% refund ONLY if requested 48hrs prior your tour starts (6:30am) later than this time frame we won’t refund the 75% amount (Q560 shared cabin, Q1,800 private cabin) nor change your tour date.
FUEGO VOLCANO POLICIES:
Regardless of weather or visibility, price remains the same (Q250 per person).
